Reservation Policy
Rates are based on one or two person occupancy. There is a $20 charge for each extra persons per night. Rates do not include sales tax. Rates may be higher for weekends, holidays and special events. A minimum stay may be required for weekends, holidays and special events.

50% deposit required on all reservations. Balance of payment in full is required upon check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash or Travelers Checks. No refund for early departures. Cancellations are required 14 days in advance (more for holidays and special events.) There is a 15% handling fee on reservations with 14 days notice. Without the 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m or later by prior arrangement. Check-out time is always 11:00 a.m.

Your rate includes continental breakfast each morning by the pool and free, but limited parking. All rates are based on double occupancy except for the two-bedroom units, which covers up to four people. Some studio rooms have two beds and can accommodate up to four people. Our expert concierge staff is pleased to help you select and make arrangements for the many watersports opportunities… snorkeling, fishing, diving, back country kayaking, parasailing, sunset sails and more.
